CC Designs August Review -- Drozy's Darlings

Hello!  I know my posts have been a bit sporadic.  I've just been relaxing a bit while the kids are adjusting to school and finally my daughter will start this week.  I will have to get used to a new routine of pick ups and after school activities.  I've written out the new schedule and hopefully it works out okay.

Well, it is time to review Drozy's Darlings over at CC Designs.

I made another Halloween tag.  I think these will come in handy for some teacher treats.  I'll just attach this to a bag of goodies or something.  The image is Glenda.  The little clouds are cut from felt and are from the Four Season Tree Die.  The sentiment is from AmyR Witch-ful Thinking and is stamped on the Banner Day die

Here's a close up of Glenda.  I added some glitter using a black glitter gel pen.  And the papers are the new Doodlebug Halloween Parade.  I love this paper pad!  I may have to buy 2 of each paper pad.  One to use and one to hoard.

Hope you'll hop over to CC Designs blog to see all the cute Halloween images!

Thanks so much for reading!

CC Designs August Preview -- Drozy's Darlings

Hi!  I am pre-posting a bunch of posts so hopefully they will all go up without any problems.  We have a storm headed our way so just in case the power goes out I thought I'd better post all of these cards.  CC Designs is previewing Drozy's Darlings today.  More Halloween goodness!

Here is my card featuring Drozy's Darlings Glenda.  The fun sentiment is from Boo-tiful Sentiments.  Paper is from Doodlebug.

Here is a close up of Glenda.

Be sure to head over to the CC Designs blog to see more inspiration from the DT.

All That Scraps June Previews -- Drozy's Darlings

Hello!  It's Drozy's Darlings previews at All That Scraps.

My card features Rose and AmyR's Simply Enchanting sentiments.  I used some older princess papers that I had in my stash.  It really helps not to throw anything out!

Here is a close up.  She's very pretty and dainty.

I thought I could start waking up later nowadays, not my usual 5:50 am but I still haven't.  My youngest has been waking me up so early and startling me in the morning.  I don't know what it was yesterday but before it was to tell me he had to pee.  Umm, okay, please just go pee without telling me.  Then this morning he felt nauseous.  Then threw up.  So I had to get up and wipe it all up.  Thank goodness for leather sofas.  I don't know what that was all about cause now he's totally fine!  Tomorrow maybe I can sleep in a little?

Thanks for stopping by!

Hello!  Back today to share another preview at All That Scraps.  Today we're featuring Drozy's Darlings.

This image is called Missing You.  Isn't it sweet?  Love how she is writing a little something and is cradled by the moon.  I thought I'd keep this card pretty simple with just an embossed sentiment from AmyR's Sunny Sentiments and a cute ribbon.

Here is a little close up photo.  You can check out more inspiration from the DT HERE.

Hello!  Today is review day at All That Scraps.  I'm sharing a card that features a sweet stamp called Mom's Heels from Drozy's Darlings.

Did you ever dress up in your mom's clothes?  I don't think I ever did but I do remember trying on heels.  Maybe that's way I love shoes way more than clothes.  Which reminds me that I really do need some new shoes soon.  Guess I'll have to go shopping.  Anyway, these pretty papers are from Wild Rose Studio.  I thought I would use them for Valentine's Day but then never got around to them.  The sentiment is from Webbie's Words Baby Cakes.

I added some Stickles to her wings and liquid pearls.  And I'm still using my latest Spellbinders dies.  I love this shape!

All That Scraps February Review

Hello!  I'm just popping in to share my review card featuring a new stamp line called Drozy's Darlings sold at All That Scraps.

This image is called I Found It.  I really wanted to give her some fun hair so I made it pink.  The sentiment is from Eggstra Special Sentiments and that little die is also from CC Designs called Stackables.  I was happy that I could use up some of my scrap Doodlebug paper from last year.  I still love this paper pad too.  I can't wait til all the new Doodlebug pads come out next month!  I am waiting to get those.

Please head over to the ATS blog and check out the rest of the review!

I better get going before I lose my internet connection.  The weather here has been so wonky with rain and strong winds.  I think it's making my connection slow and intermittent.

All That Scraps March Preview Day 4

Hello!  Back again for the last day of March previews over at All That Scraps.  Today we are previewing Drozy's Darlings.  These fairies are so cute!

I made a larger card using Fairy Watering.  The sentiment is from Butterfly Labels.  I thought I'd make a larger card since the sentiment I chose was so large too!  The flower DP is from Doodlebug's Fruit Stand.  Love this pad too.

I added a bunch of Stickles to her wings and the water that is spraying out.

Please head over to the ATS blog to see the rest of the previews.

Oh, I actually watched a movie the other day!  I watched Mirror Mirror, the Snow White movie with Julia Roberts.  I thought it was cute and funny and it kept me on the elliptical for a little while.  I had to watch the movie in 2 parts cause there is no way I can stay on the elliptical for the whole length of a movie.  But if only my laptop were not so far away or had a bigger screen so I could read the closed captioning better.  I got into the habit of watching shows with the closed captioning on.  It just helps me understand what everyone's saying better.
