I love this circle card because it is incredibly easy but looks like it took a lot of effort. The base of the card is what makes it special. (I found the template in a Magnolia magazine.) With the Martha Stewart scoreboard and circle cutter it's a snap to make the base from printed cardstock (Imaginisce).
