Here's a simple to make Valentine tag. First, I stamped the Art Impressions image on marker paper (from a tablet purchased at HM Ben Franklin Crafts) and colored it with Copic pens. I cut it out and affixed it with foam squares to a large tag (cut with a Little B die) that had the bottom edge punched with a Little B lace border. The bear image in the photo looks like it has a line around it
